Due to the nature of our goods we do not provide any repair facilities or spare parts.

What you can return

You may return any product that doesn't match our commitment to quality above. Please see Exchanges below for any items where you have just had a change of mind.

How to make a return

  1. Fill in the return form where you can choose to receive a refund or replacement.
  2. Send the original item along with a copy of your receipt or order number to us for processing.
  3. We will assess the item as part of our continual quality control process.
  4. We will honour your choice of refund or replacement where possible. A replacement may not always be available if we are out of stock or it is a discontinued item.
  5. Your refund of the purchase price or replacement item will be sent within two business days of us receiving the returned product(s).

Exchanges

If you have changed your mind we are happy to exchange any item for you so long as we have stock to match your new requirements. You will be required to post us the item that you are exchanging and pay our flat rate postage for the delivery of the new item. Please fill in our exchange form and wait for our email for further details.
